David A. Gibbs, RPT
Located in Brenham, Texas, David has served the Brenham area and surrounding communities since 1981, providing expert tuning and repair of all piano types. Although primarily a field tuner-technician of new and modern pianos, he has extensive experience with older antique and Victorian pianos, such as "Square Grands" and "Birdcage Uprights". He has also restored many antique Pump Reed Organs.
David is a Registered Piano Technician (RPT)* member of the Piano Technicians Guild, Inc. Clients include churches, school districts and universities, piano/ voice instructors, and individual piano owners, as well as concert venues and piano dealerships, including warranty service.
David is the official Piano Technician for Blinn College and Texas A&M University--(Rudder Theater Complex--Choral Activities--Reed Arena--Memorial Student Center)
Offered Services: Purchase consultation, field tuning, action regulation, voicing, reed organ restoration, and pre-owned piano sales.

David passed the RPT Tuning exam at a Moores School of Music Piano Lab at The University of Houston, administered by; Avery B. Todd, RPT, Claude M. Harding, RPT and Roy Escobar, RPT. The Repair and Maintenance exams were administered by; Martin G. Wisenbaker, RPT and Patrick R. Baum, RPT.
